What the form sends
When the form is sent, it transmits the name entered, the contact given and the message fields: the entry concerned, the suggested change, where it can be checked and the link to the place. The address and language of the page it was sent from go with it. One field that people do not see is there to stop spam robots.
What messages are used for
A form service keeps the messages until the next revision, when they are read together. They are used only to check what is reported and to correct entries; a reply is sent only when one was asked for and a contact was left. Names and contacts are not published, not sold and not passed on to the club, school or organiser; a correction shown on the site names the change, never the sender.
Counting page views
A small script served from this domain counts page views. It stores nothing on the device and cannot recognise a visitor on any other website. For each view it records the page address, the page the visitor came from, and the browser, type of device and country that the request reveals; the figures are only ever read as totals.
Nothing from third parties
The pages contain no advertising, no social media buttons, no tracking by other companies, and no fonts, maps or images loaded from elsewhere. Links to sources and map services lead to other websites, which have their own privacy rules. The hosting provider processes technical data such as IP addresses only as far as needed to deliver the pages.
Rights under the GDPR
A message that was sent can be corrected or deleted, and information about what is stored about it can be requested: send the form again with the same name and contact and say what is wanted. This is carried out in the form service at the next reading of the messages. There is also a right to complain to a data protection authority, in Baden-Württemberg the Landesbeauftragter für den Datenschutz und die Informationsfreiheit (LfDI), or to the authority of the place of residence.
