School teams and working groups 4
About this list
These entries are chess at school: teams and working groups that only the pupils of the school can join. The Karls-Gymnasium and the Königin-Katharina-Stift-Gymnasium, both in the centre of Stuttgart, have sent teams to the German school chess championships in recent springs, and the Grundschule Altbach has played at the German primary-school championships in June.
The Johannes-Kepler-Gymnasium in Weil der Stadt runs a weekly chess working group on Thursday afternoons and carries the title of a Deutsche Schachschule. Children who want to play outside school will find the youth training of the clubs in the junior list, and school teams of the region meet each summer at the open Baden-Württemberg school cup in Deizisau.
